To All Potential Participants

At Worldwide Entertainment Vegas, we develop and produce scripted and unscripted television, film, reality formats, competition series, events, and digital content.

We believe that anyone considering participation in one of our productions should have a clear understanding of what the process may involve. This notice is intended to provide general information about what applicants, cast members, contestants, performers, contributors, and other potential participants may experience before, during, and after a production.

This notice does not replace any application, release, agreement, contract, confidentiality provision, background check disclosure, production rules, or show-specific documents you may be asked to review or sign. If you are selected to move forward in a casting or production process, additional documents may apply.

Before Participation

Submitting an application, self-tape, audition, interview, photo, video, written response, social media profile, or other material does not guarantee selection, employment, appearance, compensation, screen time, or participation in any production.

Depending on the project, the casting or selection process may include applications, interviews, self-tapes, auditions, callbacks, chemistry reads, producer meetings, eligibility review, background checks, reference checks, social media review, identity verification, medical review, psychological evaluation, or other screening processes. Not every production will require every step.

We ask all applicants and potential participants to be truthful and accurate in all information submitted to Worldwide Entertainment Vegas or its production partners. This includes information shared in applications, interviews, casting calls, auditions, self-tapes, written materials, and any other communication with production.

Our projects may include a wide range of formats, including competition, dating, social experiment, documentary, lifestyle, culinary, scripted, performance-based, and film projects. Each production may have its own creative structure, eligibility requirements, schedule, filming environment, rules, and participant expectations.

During Production

Participation in a production may involve cameras, microphones, interviews, confessionals, unscripted conversations, performances, challenges, competition pressure, emotional discussions, group dynamics, long filming days, repeated takes, production direction, wardrobe requirements, limited access to personal devices, shared spaces, travel, controlled schedules, or other conditions specific to the project.

Some productions may take place in homes, apartments, studios, kitchens, outdoor locations, event spaces, controlled sets, or other filming environments. Some projects may involve shared living arrangements, group interaction, isolation from outside communication, limited privacy, or continuous filming. Other projects may be scripted, scene-based, interview-based, performance-based, or filmed over a shorter period of time.

Not every project will involve the same environment or level of intensity. The nature of your participation will depend on the specific production, role, format, and agreement connected to that project.

Production may ask questions, conduct interviews, film reactions, record conversations, capture behind-the-scenes moments, or request additional materials. Participants should understand that filmed content may be edited, shortened, rearranged, combined with other footage, or presented as part of a larger story, scene, episode, trailer, promotional piece, or final project.

After Production

After filming, a project may continue through editing, review, sales, distribution, marketing, promotion, or platform/network consideration. A project may air, stream, be released theatrically, be shown digitally, be used for promotional purposes, be delayed, be changed, be retitled, be re-edited, or in some cases, not be released.

Participation does not guarantee how much screen time, credit, storyline, visibility, or public attention any individual will receive. Some participants may appear prominently, while others may appear briefly or not at all.

Public response to entertainment projects can vary. Viewers, press, blogs, podcasts, social media users, and online audiences may react positively, negatively, or unexpectedly. Participation in entertainment can bring attention, commentary, criticism, support, opportunities, or unwanted public discussion. We encourage all potential participants to consider whether they are comfortable with the possibility of public visibility before moving forward.

Participants may also be asked to follow confidentiality obligations before, during, and after production. This may include not sharing private production details, outcomes, storylines, casting information, behind-the-scenes materials, photos, videos, documents, or other non-public information.

Participant Well-Being and Resources

Worldwide Entertainment Vegas takes participant experience seriously. Entertainment production can be exciting, meaningful, challenging, emotional, and sometimes stressful. Depending on the nature of the project, participants may encounter competition, conflict, rejection, vulnerability, personal storytelling, social pressure, public exposure, or intense filming schedules.

We encourage potential participants to consider their personal readiness before applying or agreeing to participate. This includes considering your emotional well-being, support system, schedule, privacy, family responsibilities, work obligations, and comfort with being filmed or publicly associated with a project.

When appropriate, production may provide information, referrals, or resources connected to participant support. However, Worldwide Entertainment Vegas does not replace personal medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. Anyone experiencing an urgent emergency or crisis should contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

If you participate in one of our productions and need to raise a concern before, during, or after filming, you may contact production using the contact information provided for that specific project.

Professional Conduct

We expect all applicants, participants, cast members, crew, vendors, and production representatives to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Depending on the project, participants may be required to follow production rules related to safety, confidentiality, alcohol, substances, communication, filming locations, travel, personal conduct, harassment, discrimination, social media, property, equipment, and interactions with other participants or crew.

Failure to follow production rules, provide truthful information, maintain confidentiality, or meet project requirements may affect eligibility, participation, payment, credit, or continued involvement in a production.

Final Note

Our goal is to create compelling entertainment while treating the people who participate in our projects with transparency, professionalism, and respect.

Before applying to or participating in any Worldwide Entertainment Vegas project, please review all applicable casting materials, production notices, privacy policies, agreements, and show-specific requirements carefully.

By submitting materials or moving forward in a casting or production process, you acknowledge that participation in entertainment production may involve creative, personal, logistical, emotional, and public-facing considerations, and that each project may have its own specific rules, agreements, and expectations.
